Full-service civil engineering

One accountable team for the whole site.

Florida Soil and Water provides comprehensive civil engineering for property owners, builders, architects, and developers—not just a narrow list of specialties.

From early feasibility and underground infrastructure to permitting, construction support, and closeout, our team stays focused on practical solutions that can actually be built.

  • Pressure-test and installation documentation
  • Final drainage certifications and record drawings
  • Construction inspections, agency responses and permit closeout

How we work

From field data
to final sign-off.

01

Define

We identify the site constraints, governing agency, scope, and quickest responsible path forward.

02

Design

Field information and calculations become a coordinated, permit-ready engineering package.

03

Navigate

We respond to review comments and keep the project moving through the approval process.

04

Close

Construction support, inspections, record drawings, and certifications finish the job cleanly.
